Direct answer
Lattice uses custom package pricing. Its public pricing page gives buyers two clear reference points:
- Performance can be purchased separately for US$8 per seat each month.
- Goals and OKRs can be purchased separately for US$8 per seat each month.
- Compensation is listed as a US$6 per-seat monthly add-on.
The page also presents Engagement, Grow and other products without one universal total. The final price depends on the selected modules, workforce size, services and contract.

What the quote must separate
Software
List every product and add-on. Confirm which manager tools, analytics and AI features come with each product.
Implementation
Ask for configuration, migration, integration, training and launch support as separate lines.
Support
Confirm the response model, named support, service hours and review-cycle support.
Contract
Record minimum term, renewal rule, seat floor, growth bands and price protection.
Data and integrations
Confirm the HRIS integration, single sign-on, data export, API access and historical review migration.
Three-year cost model
Use this structure:
| Cost | Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subscription | Quote | Renewal assumption | Renewal assumption |
| Implementation | Quote | 0 or change work | 0 or change work |
| Integration | Quote | Maintenance | Maintenance |
| Training | Launch plan | New managers | New managers |
| Internal administration | Hours | Hours | Hours |
| Exit and data export | Contract term | Contract term | Contract term |
A seat price does not show the full operating cost. Review cycles, permission design, reporting and integrations create internal work.
Questions for Lattice sales
- Which products are required for the proposed workflow?
- Which manager tools come with each product?
- Is the seat count based on all employees or active users?
- How does pricing change as headcount moves?
- Which services are mandatory in year one?
- What changes at renewal?
- What data can be exported without services?
- Which AI features can be disabled?
- How are compensation permissions isolated?
- What support covers the first live review cycle?
Recommendation
Use the public module prices to build a lower-bound estimate. Require one written package that names every product and service. Compare the three-year cost with the systems Lattice will replace.
The buying case is strongest when the connected modules remove manual work or retire other software. A wider package without system retirement can increase cost and administration at the same time.
